(1) It goes something like this – “You’re fat and ugly. I can’t lose weight, I’ve tried everything!” (Words)
(2) “What is wrong with me? Why can’t I control my eating? Why can’t I exercise more?” (Questions)
(3) Because you are constantly picking up weight and getting fat, you start to imagine that people are laughing at you; and so you feel the pain of that shame. (Projections)
(1), (2) and (3) are all actually telling your subconscious (your goal-seeking mechanism) to put on weight, contrary to what you want. Whatever you notice, or give attention to, you get more of.
